What genre do your currently write? And, is there a genre you'd like to write,
but haven't tried yet?
The
only genre that I have written is Paranormal. Even when I was in high school. No. I am not interested in writing other
genre. I could write without the
romantic element, but never another genre.
Many authors use a nom de plume, and they
may use one opposite to their own sex. Do you think an author's sex or sexual
orientation should dictate what genre they write?
No I don’t. Whatever they want to write they should. It comes from somewhere deeper than
what they are on the outside.
Some authors have issues with character
development, writer's block, plot summary etc. What is the biggest challenge you
face when writing? How do you overcome the problem?
My biggest problem is there is too much in
my head. I have so much going on
up there. So many voices, (no I am
not crazy), but I have a very active brain I guess. I want to tell all their stories, but I can only tell one at
a time. How I overcome it, well I
do that by having 4 or 5 WIP at a time.
And lots of notes everywhere, either on notebooks, my schoolbooks, even
voice notes on my phone.
What has been the single most successful
marketing tool you've used to date?
Facebook and word-of-mouth, definitely word-of-mouth.
What are you currently reading?
Yasmine Galenorn Night Myst and Lisa
Morgan’s new book that will be coming out soon. Yes I am lucky, I get to read her awesomeness before it is even
up for sale. Yeah! Both paranormal, but one is adult and
the other YA.
How do you measure success?
I measure success first by how I feel
about my work and if it makes me happy.
And then secondly if my husband likes my work, and the thirdly, if I make
others happy with my work, I know fans are what are important, but I think my
husband is my biggest and most loyal fan.
Just for fun–
What is your favourite drink? Coffee, lots and lots of coffee.
Are you a cat or dog person? Dog,
definitely. But big dogs no
lunchables. I love Rotties,
Pitties, Bull Dogs. Wolf
Hybrids.
Love or lust? Both. You need
both. Love is a must, but so is
lust.
If you could spend the day with any famous
author, who would it be? And, why?
That is hard one, I love so many.
But I think Anne Rice. She
is the person that actually got me to start reading in the first place. I fell in love and lust (HEHE) with her
Vampire Lestat.
If you could indulge free of any
consequences, what would be your ultimate sexual fantasy?
Have you read JR Wards books? If you have, you know V. Well I would like a tour of his pent
house. And indulge in all the
pleasures and pain there.

Excerpt:
As I tied him to the frame of my bed with
my scarves, watching the whole time to see if he was okay with it, I saw the
sparkle in his eyes and the mischief in his smile. I want total control, but I didn’t want him to feel
uncomfortable and feel that he did not have a choice or control, but there was
no discomfort -- only expectation in his eyes that he was ready and waiting for
anything that was to come.
I like the fact that I can make clothing
disappear with a thought….especially his, he looked really good naked. I sat astride him bent forward and
kissed down the length of his neck. I moved against him feeling the warmth of
him against my skin. I wanted to
look at him, but I wanted to feel him more. He was amazing.
I let my hands explore his skin as I rolled to the side of him running
my fingertips from his neck down to his cock, and then swirling my finger
around the head of it, feeling the moisture on its tip. I brought my finger to my lips to taste
him. He moaned. I could see the heat burning in his
eyes even in the dark.
I closed my eyes because I just wanted to
feel him completely the silkiness of his skin, the muscles rippling beneath
with each touch. His body was so
hard and so silky to the touch, it was glorious.
Moving down to the end of the bed, I took
another scarf, tying his leg to the bed and did the same to the other one.
Looking up to see even more sparks shot in his eyes, I knew that he was
enjoying what I was doing. Running
my hands up the inside of his thighs and then slowly running them back down but
this time, gently scraping my fingernails against the sensitive skin. His whole body shuddered and he was
beginning to moan.
