What causes sexual inadequacy?

No, it isn’t the size of your cock, and no, it isn’t because your tits sag a little, the fact that you enjoy multiple orgasms or endure one massive, near otherworldly explosion that knocks you out cold. And, sorry to disappoint, but it isn’t even your age or knowledge level. The reason most people find their sex lives are unfulfilling at times is simply because they don’t take care of themselves. If you maintain your physical and mental health you’re less likely to experience disappointment in the boudoir. You might even avoid the resentment, which so many couples feel after a night of less than sufficient sexual intercourse. I’m not an expert, but I did my homework and found some interesting facts to pass on.

It’s science, sweeties! If the body is good, the sex will be equivalent. Doctors recommend that you eat a wholesome diet, which means low in fat, high in fibre adding the complex carbohydrates. In addition to this, certain foods actually boost our libido, and I’m not talking about supposed ‘aphrodisiacs’, but real food that unclogs the arteries reducing cholesterol build-up, enhances the circulation, and even helps to release certain chemicals in the brain that cause arousal. We need energy to maintain stamina and to keep (in this case) the cock or clit happy. Chocolate is one, due to the antioxidants that help fight disease and aging, and this is chocolate in its purest form, not Cadbury’s Easter eggs from the local gas station! The darker the better! Oranges is another, hot peppers, and especially for the men, Asparagus supposedly provides your body with the nutrients it needs to produce testosterone. Flaxseed also helps to increase the old T levels. Watermelon aids in the blood flow to the heart and penis/vagina due to citrulline (an amino acid). The zinc in oysters is essential in the production of testosterone and sperm. And, of course, there are also pumpkin seeds, avocados, nuts, eggs, fish, and nutmeg. A really big one specifically for women is soy. Soy and soy based foods boost the production of estrogen and that’s why men shouldn’t eat soy or very little. I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but Asian men don’t eat soy and now you know the reason.

Along with food you’ve got to drop the bad habits and exercise. I used to smoke, nothing major, five to ten cigarettes a day, but it was enough after twenty-some-odd years. Besides the obvious–disease and death, smoking kills the circulatory system, and strong blood flow is a necessity when it comes to sex. Smoking, alcohol, and drugs inhibit the body, we feel less, and men can experience erectile dysfunction.
So, get out there and move those buns! You don’t have to be a pro-athlete; something simple like walking is the best. And just after one week you’ll be amazed. I work out three to four times a week for about thirty-to-forty minutes (well whatever my body can handle) and I’ve noticed a huge improvement.

Something I personally advise, drink lots of water. Always keep hydrated. If a woman’s body is properly hydrated she shouldn’t need lubricants, your body will produce all the come you need.
The last thing required so you'll experience eternal sexual bliss is mental health. Depression is a big killer. And don’t be fooled, many anti-depressants can hinder the sex drive. There are natural remedies that may be taken in replacement like St. John’s Wort, but a physician should be consulted first. Stress is another major factor. Children also come to mind. LOL Massage even sensual massage is a great way to relieve the daily routine that puts most of us into a bind. Something simple as voicing your thoughts can help. Leaving the children with a relative you hate for the day may prove fun. Whatever the problem there are a multitude of solutions and resources available. And, as it turns out–sex is one of the best stress relievers around! If you keep a healthy life style you can reap the sexual rewards well into your twilight years.

Happy Yaoi Hunting!

  1. LOL That picture of Ron!! It's so true, though--so much of how healthy we are depends on what we put into our body, especially food-wise. Ever since I started taking Vitamin C and garlic supplements regularly, even my allergies (which have always been terrible) have gotten better. And nothing kills a potential night of good sex like sneezing and a runny nose!

  2. I hundred percent agree, Scarlett. You are what you eat. Garlic is also good for regulating blood pressure and combating certain cancers. Thanks for stopping by!
